Creating a new message

If you would like to create a new chat with someone:

• Click the “+’ icon at the top right corner of the messages tray.

• You will be prompted to input a user name, or click on a user from the space. Once completed, the name should be shown with a “+’” symbol next to it.

• Click it to start a new chat thread.
