# Creating Proposals

* Click “Create Proposal”

* Enter proposal title
* Enter a description of the proposal in the explanation box.
* You can Rename/Add choices and change the action you want each choice to perform: Invite/Kick member.

* Set the date and time you would like the proposal to start and end.
* Decide on a counting strategy for the proposal. Choices in the drop down menu are:
  1. Single choice
  2. Ranked choice

* Next, choose the Quorum, percentage of votes required for an action to take place.
* Publish proposal

* If the Quorum is reached by the ending time of the proposal, that proposal will pass. If the Quorum is not reached, it will fail.
