Creating Proposals

  • Click “Create Proposal”

  • Enter proposal title

  • Enter a description of the proposal in the explanation box.

  • You can Rename/Add choices and change the action you want each choice to perform: Invite/Kick member.

  • Set the date and time you would like the proposal to start and end.

  • Decide on a counting strategy for the proposal. Choices in the drop down menu are:

    1. Single choice

    2. Ranked choice

  • Next, choose the Quorum, percentage of votes required for an action to take place.

  • Publish proposal

  • If the Quorum is reached by the ending time of the proposal, that proposal will pass. If the Quorum is not reached, it will fail.
